| Item 4 | OLD Business Carnegie Museum |
Members present selected time frames to staff the museum during the summer months.
HKCGS needs to provide staff for 2 days /month. The hours of the Carnegie are as follows: Tuesday & Thursday 3 -8 pm and Saturday 12 noon – 4:00 pm |
| Item 5 | Docupen | Docupen is ordered. Total cost is $399.98 |
| Item 6 | Ad for 14th Gathering | Joan passed around a first draft of HKCGS’ Ad. Suggestions for additions were made. After discussion a motion was made by Pete Niedholdt to spend up to $100.00 on the ad. Motion was seconded by Pete Manderfield. In addition to marketing our surname index CD, we will try to sell some of the CC Homecoming books as genealogies and family stories of the Copper Country. CD is $20.00, but will be discounted if membership is included. Books are $20.00. |
| Item 7 | Surname Index CD | Pete Manderfield will check with Mike Edwards to be sure that he has enough lead
time to get the CD done by mid- July. There are still two books that need to be
indexed. Something will have to be written with the CD in order to copyright the work.
